How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders within the UK should arrive within 7 days. European orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive.

How do I make a return?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact Customerservice@cookemanagement.com for exchange or refund information and instructions.

How much will my order cost me in my own currency?
Unfortunately, it's impossible for us to give you an accurate figure. This is not only because the exchange rates between currencies change every minute, but also because every bank and credit card company add their own different charge for currency conversion. We will charge your credit card in British Pounds and your credit card company will then convert that amount to your local currency.
